Terms of Service.

01 · AcceptanceBy using GoreMade, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and GoreMade Fit LLC ("GoreMade," "we," "us"). They govern your use of the GoreMade Fit iOS application, the website at goremade.fit, the trainer/coach dashboard, and any related services (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, downloading the app, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you've read these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

02 · EligibilityWho can use GoreMade.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• You must be capable of entering a legally binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction
• You must not be prohibited from using the Service under U.S. law or the law where you reside
• You should consult a physician before beginning any new exercise program — particularly if you have any medical condition or have been physically inactive

03 · Your accountYour responsibility.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password secure. Notify us immediately at joey@goremade.fit if you suspect unauthorized access.

One account per person. You may not share your account or transfer it to someone else. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

04 · Membership tiersWhat you're buying.

GoreMade offers three monthly memberships:

• Foundation — $1,000/month. Custom program, nutrition plan, three live sessions per month.
• Discipline — $2,500/month. Everything in Foundation + ten live sessions + dedicated Discipline Advisor.
• Elite — $5,000/month. Everything in Discipline + twenty live sessions + the Discipline Development Session + concierge support.

Individual sessions are also available à la carte at $200 per session. Sessions and credits are valid only for the billing period in which they are issued. Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month.

You can upgrade between tiers at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing and added credits for the remainder of the cycle.

05 · Billing & paymentHow payment works.

All memberships are billed monthly in advance via the payment method on file, processed by Stripe. À-la-carte sessions are billed at the time of booking.

By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge it for all amounts you incur on the Service, including monthly membership fees, à-la-carte sessions, and any applicable taxes.

If a charge fails, we'll attempt to charge the method again. If we cannot collect after a reasonable retry period, we may suspend or terminate your account. You remain responsible for any outstanding balance.

06 · Cancellation policyHow cancellations work.

Cancelling your membership

You can cancel your monthly membership at any time by visiting your account settings or by emailing joey@goremade.fit. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you'll retain access to remaining sessions through that date.

Cancelling individual sessions

Session-level cancellations follow our 24-hour rule:

• More than 24 hours before your session — cancel or reschedule with no penalty; the session credit is returned to your account
• Less than 24 hours before, or a no-show — the session credit is used and your Partner is paid in full

This policy exists because your Partner has blocked off their time, prepared for your session, and arrived ready. Their livelihood depends on it.

Repeat late cancellations

If you late-cancel three or more sessions within a 30-day period, you'll see a warning banner in the app. After five late cancellations in 30 days, your booking ability is restricted to sessions more than 48 hours out for a 14-day period. This protects your Partner and keeps the marketplace healthy.

If your Partner cancels

If your Partner cancels on you, your session credit is returned in full plus a bonus session credit is added to your account. Your time matters too.

Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Individual session fees follow the rules above.

07 · The Partner networkAbout GoreMade Partners.

GoreMade Partners are independent contractors, not employees of GoreMade Fit LLC. While we vet every Partner — NASM certification, background check, in-person verification — they are professionals operating their own businesses through our marketplace.

GoreMade is responsible for marketplace operations, billing, dispute resolution, and quality standards. Your Partner is responsible for the delivery of the training session itself, including programming decisions, in-person safety, and conduct during the session.

If a Partner behaves unprofessionally, fails to show, or you have any concern, report it to joey@goremade.fit immediately. We take Partner conduct seriously and will investigate, refund, and remove Partners as warranted.

08 · Acceptable useWhat you can and cannot do.

By using GoreMade, you agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, demean, or otherwise mistreat Partners, Discipline Advisors, or other members
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system
• Use any automated system to access the Service (bots, scrapers, crawlers) without our written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Solicit Partners for off-platform training (this hurts your Partner and the marketplace)
• Share account credentials with another person
• Provide false information to us or any Partner
• Use the Service to transmit unsolicited communications, spam, or marketing material

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account, without refund.

09 · ContentWhat you share with us.

You retain ownership of the content you post or share through the Service — including messages, session notes, photos, and feedback. By providing content to GoreMade, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You're responsible for the content you share. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share, anything that violates someone else's rights, or anything that violates the law.

10 · Intellectual propertyWhat we own.

The Service — including the app, the website, the GoreMade brand name and marks, our training methodology, our programs, our nutrition guidance, our written copy, and our software code — is owned by GoreMade Fit LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission. You may not use the GoreMade name or marks except to identify yourself as a member.

11 · Fitness riskThe honest truth about exercise.

12 · Liability limitsLimitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoreMade Fit LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and Partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including loss of profits, loss of data, personal injury, or property damage.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid GoreMade in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory of the claim — contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise — and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13 · IndemnificationYour responsibility for your actions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoreMade Fit LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and Partners from any claim, demand, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party right, or (d) any content you submit through the Service.

14 · DisputesHow disagreements are handled.

Informal resolution first

Before filing any formal claim, please contact us at joey@goremade.fit and give us 30 days to resolve the matter in good faith. Most disagreements can be resolved this way.

Arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, both parties agree to resolve any remaining dispute through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in the state of GoreMade Fit LLC's principal place of business, or remotely by mutual agreement.

You and GoreMade waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any court action permitted under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Georgia.

15 · ChangesHow we update these Terms.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app at least 30 days before the new Terms take effect. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.

Continued use of the Service after a Terms change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you don't agree to the changes, your remedy is to stop using the Service before they take effect.
